How does it work?

There are 3 ways your repeat prescriptions can be ordered:

1. When you require a Repeat Prescription, you can request it via our online form. We will submit your request to your Doctor Surgery. We will then pick up the prescription when it is ready and then deliver the medicines. This process normally takes 3 working days. **



2. Once you have registered with our service, contact our team when you have one week worth of medication left. Our team will take your request and submit it to the GP surgery. Alternatively, 3 working days when you are theoretically due your next lot of medicines, one of our team member will contact you to remind you that you may need to order your medicines and if asked to do so put in a request to the doctors on your behalf.
   
   We will then pick up the prescription when it is ready and then deliver it. This process normally takes 3 working days. **



3. Order your repeat prescription at the surgery and simply let us know. We will pick up the prescription when it is ready and deliver the medication. Please allow 3 working days from the point of ordering.

How do i join?

To join, simply fill in our sign up form. Once you have filled in the form, contact our team who will arrange collection. If you can not download the form contact our team and we can deliver a form to you.

There is no obligation, if you wish to cancel the service, just let our team know.

When we deliver your medication........

When our driver delivers your medication he will ask for a couple of signatures;

• The first signature is for you receiving the medication
• The second signature is for giving the pharmacy consent to order / collect / deliver your prescription next month when you request us to.

What if I’m not at home?

That’s not a problem; our driver will leave a calling card with the date and time of his visit. Generally we will call again the next day. When you receive the card give us a call to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
